About The Role

This role is for the marketer who is ready to challenge him or herself and take the next step in their career. The Marketing Manager will strategize, lead and execute on the overall marketing strategy by working on inbound marketing campaigns to generate and nurture quality leads for the sales team.

For this role, you will need to:

  • Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a big focus on demand generation, growth and content marketing.
  • Possess very strong communication, project management & organization skills.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to multi-task and change focus as needed.
  • Bring a solid understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategy and tactics, preferably focused on specific industries or accounts (account-based marketing).
  • Demonstrate expertise in leveraging different marketing tools and channels: landing pages, email, automation, etc.
  • Ideally have experience in B2B marketing, as well as experience working at a startup or service-based company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategize, execute and measure marketing campaigns. You will leverage resources to develop programs to generate and nurture pipeline. In this process, you will integrate multiple channels: email, social, video, and more.
  • Crush your pipeline targets, working in lockstep with the COO to develop the marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team level up our account-based marketing strategy to target larger opportunities.
  • Measure results of your efforts and become data-driven. Go beyond just likes, impressions and traffic to measure pipeline, MQLs, SQLs and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with all functions in sales, customer success and product.
  • Brainstorm, test and iterate new marketing strategies and execute ideas from beginning to the end.

What An Ideal Candidate Looks Like

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation/growth marketing roles at a startup
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
  • A proven track record in executing successful marketing programs focused on demand generation and nurturing.
  • You understand great content and how to create it
  • You’re prepared to take on a career-altering role that’s going to help you grow
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, data-driven and organized
  • Strong work ethic and eager to learn
  • A university degree in marketing, communications or business
