solving-challenges-sales-coaching.jpgGreat coaches aren’t born; they’re made through hard work, discipline and training. And it is exactly this attitude of dedication that allows coaches to overcome challenges and maximize sales training ROI.

But still, many companies aren’t investing in coaching at all. Forrester’s Mary Shea said in a recent video that these companies aren’t “enabling their managers to do so, their managers don’t have time, or they don’t know how to do it.”

And a recent study from the Sales Management Association found that companies that spent more than half of their overall training budget on managers rather than salespeople were 15% more likely to make quota. In other words, even though many companies realize the value of coaching, they don’t practise what they preach.

This short but sweet infographic from Brainshark helps companies determine their challenges and even proposes solutions, bringing them one step closer to integrating coaching into sales managers’ daily tasks. Enjoy.
