Women in SalesIn many ways, things are getting better for women in the workplace. They make up nearly half of the US workforce at 47%, according to the most recent data, and 51% of people employed in management and professional jobs.

However, the sales world remains very much a boys’ club. According to data by LinkedIn, women represent only 39% of sales roles.
