I assume by now you must have read at least a dozen articles with ‘predictions’ and ‘trends’ for Sales in the next few years. If I may say so, like many of you, I have been disappointed by the obviousness of prophecies like, “buyers will rule in 2015” or “cold calling isn’t as effective as it used to be”.
