Do you wanna figure out a really simple way of having Social go viral within your organization? Its “Peer-to-Peer” learning – and what I mean by that is… I’ll tell you a quick story – when I did my Masters Degree, I in fact didn’t learn from the professors. All that the Professors did was facilitate discussions. I was learning through my classmates, they came from all walks of life and they were teaching me ideas, tips, tricks, and tactics and strategies within their companies.

The same thing applies with Social Selling. This is how we built the world’s most robust Social selling training curriculum. It was “Crowd-Sourcing” it from all of our clients and all of the success stories and partners and our channel partners were bringing in ideas into this curriculum.

The same thing you can do internally, now let’s think about it – John on your sales floor has done something amazing on LinkedIn – that works for him. Look what we have right here two hundred dollar camera + two hundred dollar microphone, sit John down record his story, get him to share that story with the rest of your sales floor. It’s one thing to learn from a training organization, it’s another thing to learn from somebody on your sales floor – because the context is right there they understand if John can do it I can do it.

Put together video series, record in a blog or written format exactly what your sales teams are doing to be successful. Put it in a “SharePoint” folder if you have to and share it internally – this is how sales teams learn Social Selling they learned Peer to Peer.

We then train the sellers … Continue reading “Train The Trainer: What Most Sales Enablement Strategies Are Missing”
